The Powerhouse Diet is different: it has no "Zone," prescribes no elixirs, uses no potions, pills, or patches. It is based entirely on a law if you eat fewer calories than you use, you will lose weight. We've seen hundreds of people try to lose weight since we first started in 1995. Our program is based on what works.

What Goes In
In the Powerhouse Plan, you follow the diet for six days a week.
On the seventh day, you get to eat the foods on the "Not Allowed" list, but remember: all servings are no larger than YOUR fist.
